
Izakaya Martini
Our modern take on the classic martini. Izakaya Gin, a splash of grapefruit and chamomile simple syrup create a bold and herbal take on a classic.
1.5 oz Izakaya Gin
0.5 oz Grapefruit Liqueur
0.5 oz Chamomile Simple Syrup
Orange Twist
Combine spirits and syrup in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with orange twist.

Bangkok [Dangerous]
Contains zero percent Nicolas Cage. Our homage to the Manhattan, using our Thai-Style Amaro and Dark Rum.
1.5 oz Caribbean Dark Rum
0.5 oz Thai-Style Amaro
0.2-0.4 oz Simple Syrup
Luxardo Cherry
Combine in mixing glass over ice. Swirl gently to mix. Strain and serve over a large ice block or straight in a rocks glass. Garnish with Luxardo cherry.

Negroni
This Italian classic cocktail has a seat at the bar, at any bar. Ours is a spirit forward take that balances a bright bitterness with sweetness.
1.5 oz Gin (Persepolis)
0.75 oz Aperitivo Mazurra
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth

Combine spirits in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well-chilled. Strain into a glass over a large block of ice or sphere. Garnish with orange peel.

Sparkling Cosmo
This sparkling version of the classic Cosmo checks all the boxes for a patio pounder: pink, bubbly, refreshing.
1.25 oz Bergamot Dreams
0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Cranberry Juice
0.75 oz Simple Syrup
Club Soda
Lime Wheel
Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and top with soda. Garnish with wheel.

Gin Mojito
The classic Mojito uses rum, but we’ve decided to up the ante with our gin. Use the Izakaya for a fresher take, or use the Persepolis for a deeply spiced version.
1.5 oz Gin
1.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1.5 oz Simple Syrup
Club Soda
Mint and Rosemary
Combine gin, juice, mint leaves, rosemary and syrup in a highball with ice. Stir lightly. Top with soda. Garnish with sprigs of mint and rosemary.

Akajiso Sazerac
Our fresh take on the New Orleans classic cocktail. Herbal and refreshing with a ginger punch. Great neat or on a large cube.
1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
0.5 oz Akajiso Ginger Amaro
.125 oz Bartender’s Salute
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Lemon Peel

Negroni Bianco
The white Negroni is a delicate balance of deeply botanical notes and restrained bitterness. We use our Persepolis and Bartender’s Salute to do the hard work. The Cocci is along for the flavor ride.

.25 oz Bartender’s Salute

French 75
A salute to the classic combination of gin and bubbly. A splash of lemon and simple syrup make this a perfect anytime cocktail for all occasions.

0.5 oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Champagne/Prosecco
Lemon Twist

Rosé 75
A sophisticated flourish on the classic combination of gin and bubbly and a guest favorite. Cocchi Rose and Rosé Prosecco bring a special something to this classic.
1.0 oz Gin (Persepolis)
0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
.25 oz of Cocchi Rosa
.25 oz Simple Syrup
3.0 oz Prosecco Rosé
Lemon twist garnish
Combine gin, juice, and syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into flute. Top with any champagne or Prosecco. Garnish with lemon twist.

Saturn
The Saturn is a delightful gin Tiki cocktail. We use our Persepolis gin for a flavor forward experience. Enjoy it as a respite to a hot summer’s day or to bring an island spirit to any weather.
1.25 oz Persepolis Gin
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Falernum
0.25 oz Orgeat
Cherry with orange peel garnish
Combine ingredients, shake, and strain into a couple glass. Strain into a glass over a large block of ice or sphere. Garnish with an orange peel.
