Izakaya – Japanese Sipping Gin

An award winning and unique gin with a Gold Medal at the 2025 Denver International Spirits Competition and a Bronze Medal at the 2025 Tokyo International Whisky and Spirits Competition. Izakaya Gin has delicate juniper notes with a strong backbone of imported Japanese red shiso and Makrut lime leaves, along with a hint of savory Persian black limes. The perfect gin to sip while enjoying Asian cuisine. For cocktails, this gin adds a savory lime forward flavor with a hint of mint. Bergamot Dreams brings a depth of citrus flavors to enhance your cocktail experience. A perfect balance of Juniper, Bergamot Peel, Spanish Orange Peel, and Earl Grey Tea. Fantastic in a Gin Martini, Negroni, Ramos Gin Fizz, or Gin Cosmo. This versatile gin elevates almost any cocktail with its deep citrus notes. Persepolis – Persian Spiced Gin

An exceptional gin with Gold Medals from both the 2025 Denver International Spirits Competition as well as the 2025 Tokyo International Whisky and Spirits Competition. Persepolis Gin uses Persian black limes for a rich and savory front palate along with nutmeg, true cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom for an explosion of flavor in the mid and back palates. Balefire Gin is a custom work designed for our good friends in the Olde Town Arvada neighborhood. Balefire Goods is a wonderful store for artisan crafted jewelry, know for their ethically-sourced gems, and a women-owned powerhouse of creativity. As a shoutout to the colors of fire, we use hibiscus, marigold, lavender, and rose. Quirky, approachable, and absolutely lovely in a gin & tonic or, as we discovered one tipsy night, as a spike for hot cocoa. $40 for 750ml
