Olde Root Vodka
Our house-made vodka celebrates Arvada’s agricultural heritage, with a distinct character shaped by lemon peel and celery root — a nod to the city’s past as the celery capital of the world. Arvada’s Pascal celery was grown by Italian immigrants and unique because it was buried at harvest time to create a sweeter flavor and a more buttery texture. Clean, balanced, and expressive, this vodka is local in Olde Town’s spirit and full of personality. $30/750ml
Jūbun Shochu
East meets West in our Colorado-style Japanese shochu. This Japanese-style spirit is anchored in Colorado botanicals. With rice and Japanese sweet potato, accented with marigold and hyssop, this spirit bridges cultures while honoring its craft. It is produced by Method & Muse Spirits in Golden, Colorado and sold in our Arvada distillery tasting room. $40/750ml
