What spirits does Method & Muse Spirits produce?

We craft small-batch spirits at our Colorado craft distillery with a focus on unique botanical flavors from around the globe. Our lineup includes botanical gins, amari (bittersweet Italian liquors), and limited seasonal or experimental releases. We also bottle exceptional barrel-aged spirits, including whiskey, rye, and rum.

What are amari?

Amari (the plural of amaro) refer to a very broad category of bittersweet Italian liqueurs, made by infusing alcohol with various herbal and other ingredients. They are often served as a digestif. They range from dry and very bitter, like Fernet-Branca and Campari, to very sweet limoncello.

Our amari are packed with botanical flavors and have a lower sugar content than many traditional Italian amari. If you prefer yours sweeter, simply add simple syrup to taste.

Do you have a tasting room open to the public?

Yes. Our distillery tasting room is open to the public in Olde Town Arvada, just steps from the light rail station along a pedestrian walkway. We craft cocktails, spirit flights, and seasonal offerings featuring our house-made spirits. You can also take our cocktails to go and enjoy in the Arvada designated drinking zone.

Where is your distillery and tasting room located?

Our tasting room is located in Olde Town Arvada, Colorado, making it an easy stop for visitors from the Denver metro area and Front Range. Our production distillery is located in Golden, Colorado and is available by appointment only.

Are your spirits available for purchase on-site?

Absolutely. Bottles of our full line of spirits are available for purchase at our tasting room in Olde Town Arvada, Colorado.

Does your tasting room have non-alcoholic (NA) options?

Yes. We offer a growing selection of non-alcoholic (NA) options, including NA versions of many guest-favorite cocktails.

Does your tasting room have food?

Our distillery tasting room in Arvada offers delicious snacks, like popcorn and chocolate, and we are expanding our offerings to include:
  • desserts from La Patisserie Francais, a local Arvada staple
  • paninis and charcuterie from Cheese Ranch in Golden.
Guests are also welcome to pick up food from any of the fantastic nearby restaurants in Olde Town Arvada and enjoy it in our tasting room.

Is your tasting room family friendly?

Absolutely! As a Colorado distillery tasting room instead of a bar, we welcome accompanied children of any age. We even have a box of games and toys for children. Additionally, there are changing tables in both of our restrooms. (Of course, guests must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol in our tasting room.)

I’ve heard you host fun events. How can I learn more about them?

We host a wide range of events at our Arvada distillery tasting room, from singles trivia to small concerts to cookie decorating and cocktail pairing classes. They are all posted on our events calendar.

Do you have a happy hour?

Yes, please join us in Olde Town Arvada for happy hour Tuesday through Friday from open to 6pm.

Can I join a bottle club or membership program?

Yes. Our Wildcrafters Bottle Club features exclusive quarterly releases, events, and members-only perks, such as discounts every time you visit our Arvada distillery tasting room.

I’m getting married. How can I incorporate Method & Muse into my wedding?

We create custom spirits and custom wedding favors for couples seeking meaningful wedding favors, wedding party gifts, or commemorative keepsakes. Custom options include personalized labels, a unique twist on our existing spirits, and a fully custom spirit that reflects your story as a couple, proudly distilled locally in Golden, Colorado. Packages are available to combine a custom spirit package with a tasting room rental for your special event.

Do you host private events or group experiences?

We rent our Arvada distillery tasting room for special wedding events like micro-weddings, engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, and welcome dinners. We also throw excellent birthday and anniversary parties and host corporate events of all kinds. In addition to full space rentals, you can also reserve half of the tasting room while we’re open. We would be happy to host your event!

Are your spirits made in Colorado?

Yes. All of our spirits are proudly distilled in small batches at our Golden, Colorado distillery.

How does “craft distillery” align with quality?

As an award-winning craft distillery, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality, distinctive spirits. At only about a year old, we’ve earned gold, silver, and bronze medals from two prestigious international spirits competitions in Tokyo and Denver. All the spirits we have entered into competitions have received medals so far.

Do you offer distillery tours?

We occasionally offer tours of our distillery in Golden, Colorado by appointment only. Please contact us directly for options.
