Patisserie & Pour: An Evening of Pairings

Join us on February 6th from 6:30–8:30 pm for an intimate evening where craft spirits and French pastries come together in thoughtful harmony!

An Arvada hallmark, La Patisserie Francais, and Olde Town Arvada’s nouvelle venue, Method & Muse Spirits, are curating a spirits and pastry pairing experience at the Method & Muse Spirits tasting room. Guests will be guided through a dessert tasting that highlights the creativity of both makers. Each pairing features a handcrafted cocktail from Method & Muse—built around house-distilled spirits with unique botanicals—with a pastry from Patisserie Francais, rooted in traditional French methods and elevated with modern flavor twists.

As the evening unfolds, mixologists and pastry chefs will share brief stories behind each pairing. The result is a sensory-forward event that celebrates technique, flavor balance, and the shared artistry of a micro-distillery and a French bakery working in collaboration.
